What's new with Westlaw Legal Calendaring?

Family Law Rules Sets Now Available!

Westlaw Legal Calendaring is a web-based, rules-based calendaring tool that automatically calculates your litigation deadlines based on the applicable federal, state, and local court rules – then adds the information directly to your Microsoft Outlook calendar. As dates change, you can recalculate accordingly – and repopulate your calendar with the updates.
Now, with added family law rules sets, when a notice of child support delinquency or request for production of income or expense statements is filed, Westlaw Legal Calendaring will identify the subsequent responses and events triggered and automatically calculate the appropriate deadlines. State and select county coverage is available for: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Texas, and Washington.
