Westlaw is West's premier online research service. It provides the most comprehensive and current legal, news, business, and public records databases, features, and services for government professionals and others.
West offers a variety of cost-effective Westlaw content packages and options for participating states and government agencies, giving them the flexibility to choose the online legal research package that best fits their needs. See below for a complete list of NASPO contract offerings from West, along with links to detailed content descriptions, pricing information, and order forms.
Participation
To take advantage of the cost-effective pricing available through the master price agreement, states must first enter into a participating addendum with West. To contact West about entering into a participating addendum, please email West.NASPO@thomsonreuters.com.
Ordering Instructions
After a participating addendum has been executed, authorized state agencies and other eligible entities may purchase services off the master price agreement by issuing a purchase order (PO) and attaching the applicable West Order Form or Special Offer Amendment with the content option/pricing selected by the state agency. Note that all POs must reference the NASPO contract number (Contract #B26054).
