Nikki Shenk serves as a key customer contact for law librarians in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. In conducting both group and one-on-one trainings, and actively participating in professional library associations, Nikki plays an important role in connecting law librarians to Librarian Relations programs and serving as their consultant in optimizing their relationships with West.

Nikki comes to West from the Dickinson School of Law where she was the assistant director of the Instructional and Information Technology Department, as well as an adjunct legal research instructor and law librarian. Nikki is a graduate of The Dickinson School of Law and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. She earned her master's of library science degree from Clarion University and her B.A. from Bucknell University.

Before joining the Librarian Relations group, Nikki spent over five years as a Thomson West academic account manager, instructing students at law schools in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
