Katie Leonard serves as a West key customer contact for law librarians in Chicago, Milwaukee, and Madison. She plays an important role in connecting librarians to West's Librarian Relations programs. Katie serves as their consultant ensuring they get the most out of their relationship with West. She also represents West in professional library associations and library schools. Katie is an active member of the Chicago Association of Law Libraries (CALL) and currently cochairs the Placement and Recruitment Committee. Katie is also a member of several other library associations including the Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin.

Katie has nine plus years of library experience, most recently as a Reference Librarian with Sidley Austin Brown and Wood LLP in Chicago, where she led the library's marketing initiative. She also was part of a team that globalized the technology research services of an international professional services firm and has developed training programs to assist end-users on numerous online databases.

Katie holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master of science degree in library and information science from the University of Illinois.
