Michael Kinsella manages the West Librarian Relations program for government law librarians. He is a key customer contact for law librarians, serving as a consultant who helps to ensure librarians get the most out of their relationship with West. He also represents West in professional librarian associations.

Michael has been with Thomson since 1994, serving in a variety of product development, marketing, and client training roles. He holds a B.A. from Columbia, an M.L.S. from Southern Connecticut State University, and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Connecticut, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
