Craig Griffith manages West's Librarian Relations program as a key customer contact for law librarians located in the San Francisco Bay area, Sacramento, Seattle, and Portland.

Craig plays an important role in customer initiatives, connecting librarians to the Librarian Relations programs and serving as a consultant to help them get the most out of their relationship with West. He also represents West in professional librarian associations and library schools.

Craig brings almost 10 years of combined legal research and systems training to the Librarian Relations program. This includes five years at Dialog, West's sister company, where he was manager of application specialists and a training consultant.

Craig received his M.L.S. from Rutgers University where he helped revitalize the library school student organization and became the ALA student representative.

Craig's role as Librarian Relations Manager is complemented by his strong technology and training background and enthusiasm for professional development in the industry, bringing a creative perspective to the challenges faced by law librarians.
