Craig Eastland serves as a West key customer contact for law librarians in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Upstate New York. He helps connect librarians to West Librarian Relations programs and serves as their consultant in enhancing their relationships with West. He also represents West in library schools and professional library associations.

Prior to joining West, Craig was head of reference at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP in New York City. Craig has also worked at Sullivan & Cromwell and McCarthy Tetrault. In 1997, he earned a J.D. from New York Law School.
