Tom Duggan serves as a key customer contact for law librarians in Colorado, Utah, Iowa, Idaho, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Kansas, Nebraska, and Missouri. In conducting both group and one-on-one trainings, and actively participating in professional library associations, Tom plays an important role in connecting law librarians to Librarian Relations programs and serving as their consultant in optimizing their relationships with West.

Tom has more than 20 years of law firm experience, 15 serving in library research and management roles to large law firms. Concurrently, he served in several law firm administrative management positions, overseeing Records, Conflicts, Facilities, paralegals, and document clerks. Tom has served as Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the Colorado Association of Law Libraries, and has been active in the Private Law Libraries SIS in AALL. Tom is currently a member of the AALL Membership and Retention Committee, and the Kansas City Association of Law Libraries Program Committee.

Tom holds a bachelor's degree in marketing education from Colorado State University.
