Cindy Carlson manages West's Librarian Relations in the District of Columbia (with Wendy Maines) and in Virginia. She is a key customer contact for law librarians, serving as a consultant who helps to ensure librarians get the most out of their relationship with West.

Cindy has over twenty years of library experience, most recently as Electronic Resources Librarian for Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in Washington, D.C. She received her M.L.I.S. from Catholic University of America, and over her career has specialized in two areas: online research and legal research training. She is an active member of the Law Librarians' Society of Washington, D.C. and coordinates its Legal Research Training Focus Group. She has also contributed articles to its flagship publication, Law Library Lights, and written extensively on technology and research issues for the online magazine, LLRX.com.
