Wegner is a partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He specializes in commercial litigation and is co-chair of his firm’s training program for incoming lawyers. Mr. Wegner, past president of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, has written and lectured widely on civil trial procedure, including programs for the American Bar Association, the California Judges Association, and The Rutter Group.
