Kelly is a partner in the San Francisco firm of Walkup, Melodia, Kelly, Wecht & Schoenberger. He specializes in representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. Mr. Kelly is past president of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the International Society of Barristers. He appears regularly on Rutter Group personal injury panels, and is also active in continuing legal education programs.
