Flahavan has specialized in personal injury, professional liability and insurance coverage litigation since 1972. He was Managing and Senior Partner in Flahavan, Hudson & Francis prior to the formation of the Flahavan Law Offices located in Los Angeles and Santa Rosa. Mr. Flahavan also presides over the mediation and arbitration of personal injury, professional liability and insurance coverage disputes. He is a Professor of Law at the Ventura/Santa Barbara College of Law, and is active in continuing legal education programs.
