Oldham is a partner in the firm of Rutkin and Oldham LLC, Westport, Connecticut. Since 1988 she has specialized in matrimonial law, helping clients address the financial and tax consequences of divorce while recognizing the psychological impact of the process on those involved.
Ms. Oldham holds a J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law (1988) where she was a member of the Law Review, an M.S. in School Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University (1974) magna cum laude, and a B.S. cum laude in psychology from Wesleyan University (1972) in Middletown, Connecticut.
Ms. Oldham has been elected Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is also a member of the Connecticut and American bar associations and is currently Chair of the Family Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.
