Hogan is Of Counsel to Rutkin and Oldham LLC of Westbury, Connecticut. A significant portion of her practice has been focused on family law appeals to the Appellate and Supreme Courts of Connecticut.
Ms. Hogan graduated from the College of Santa Fe (B.A.); and from law school from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. She is the author of numerous nationally published books and articles on various family law topics, and serves on the Board of Editors of the Family Advocate, a publication of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association.
