Dunham is a partner in the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers. He has served as a teacher and lecturer before the California Business Law Institute, American Bar Association National Institute, the Los Angeles Basin Equal Opportunity League, the Personnel and Industrial Relations Association, Japan Business Association, Institute for Applied Management and Law, Inc. and California Continuing Education of the Bar.

Mr. Dunham has counseled and defended numerous corporate clients in the areas of wrongful discharge and related claims, employment discrimination, union contract negotiation and arbitration, and other matters arising under the National Labor Relations Act. He also serves as a member of the American Bar Association Committee on Occupational Safety and Health. Mr. Dunham is an honors graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Washington Law Review.
