Professor of Law at the Southern Methodist University School of Law and is "Of Counsel" to the law firm of Gardere, Wynne, Sewell in Dallas, Texas. Professor Gaba has taught, practiced and written in the field of environmental law since 1977. He obtained his J.D. from Columbia University Law School where he was Notes and Comments Editor for the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. He holds a Masters degree in Public Health from Harvard University.
