Glicksman is the Robert W. Wagstaff Professor of Law at the University of Kansas. He has visited at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, the University of Miami, Lewis & Clark, the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and the Vermont law schools. He has also taught at the University of Trento in Italy. Glicksman received his A.B. from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., his M.A. in history from Harvard Graduate School, and his J.D. from the Cornell Law School. He is the co-author of the casebook Environmental Protection: Law and Policy (5th ed. 2007) and the monograph Risk Regulation at Risk: Restoring a Pragmatic Approach (2003) (with S. Shapiro). He has published numerous articles on both federal public land and pollution control topics and has co-authored a book on groundwater pollution.
