Ms. Conte graduated first in her class from Rutgers University in 1979, and graduated in 1982 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where she received the Alice Paul Award for contributions to the status of women at the University and was the editor of the Womens law Handbook and the Womens Law Newsletter. In addition to having co-authored the second and third editions of Newberg on Class Actions, Ms. Conte is the author of three other treatises on attorney fees, sexual harassment and sexual orientation law, and has contributed to a number of other books and legal publications. Ms. Conte is a consultant in the area of class actions, attorney fees and sexual harassment.
