Cooper, former Senior Vice President of the American Arbitration Association, directed all of the Association's educational activity and oversaw the Association's Roster of Mediators and Arbitrators.
Mr. Cooper has trained arbitrators and mediators throughout the United States and internationally, and has produced and directed video films on arbitration, mediation and ADR training. He is general editor of several mediator and arbitrator training manuals and other publications, and has authored a number of articles on dispute resolution.
Mr. Cooper has served on various boards of directors for mediation programs and has lectured on mediation, arbitration, grievance handling and dispute resolution since 1972.
