Wulff is a principal with Wulff, Quinby and Sochynsky, a firm of neutrals based in Oakland, California, devoted solely to dispute resolution. After 20 years as a trial lawyer at Farella, Braun & Martel in San Francisco, Mr. Wulff has spent the last eight years as a full time mediator.
While still an advocate, he took his own clients through more than one hundred mediations. As a mediator, he has been selected to help with more than fifteen hundred diverse cases, of which he has successfully settled over ninety percent. Mr. Wulff has written and lectured extensively on the subject of ADR.
He received the American Arbitration Association's 1990 Award as its outstanding mediator in Northern California.
