Roth is a mediator and arbitrator, as well as the executive director of Multi-Door Courthouse, a private company that provides dispute resolution services in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Since devoting her practice exclusively to dispute resolution in 1992, Ms. Roth has mediated or arbitrated more than 700 diverse cases involving employment, securities, commercial, and construction issues. She currently serves as an arbitrator or mediator through the American Arbitration Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers, and many other private and public programs.
Ms. Roth is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, California, and Wisconsin. She received her bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst after also studying at the Sorbonne University in Paris. Her juris doctorate is from the University of Wisconsin Law School in Madison.
Ms. Roth is recognized as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer, and currently is the Co-Chairperson of the Boston Bar Association's Litigation Section ADR Committee. In 2001, Ms. Roth received the John Dunlop Dispute Resolution Award for her work in mediation. Ms. Roth has lectured, trained, and published extensively on dispute resolution issues.
