Siviglia practices law in New York City, representing entrepreneurs, banks, and corporations engaged in various types of business. He received a bachelor of arts degree from Williams College in 1961, a master of arts degree from Brown University in 1962, and a juris doctor from Harvard University in 1965. He has published several books dealing with contracts through Carolina Academic Press and has written numerous articles on writing contracts and other legal topics.
