Clifford S Fishman
Fishman teaches criminal law, criminal procedure and evidence at the Columbus School of Law, The Catholic University of America.

Before joining the faculty at Catholic University, Professor Fishman served for eight years as an Assistant District Attorney in the New York County District Attorney’s Office and as Chief Investigating Assistant D.A. in New York City’s Special Narcotics Prosecutor’s Office. During those eight years he tried dozens of jury trials and wrote and supervised the execution of more than thirty interception orders.

Fishman is the author several books and numerous scholarly articles on subjects including aspects of electronic surveillance, search and seizure, and evidence in rape cases. He has also consulted formally and informally or made presentations to the United States Department of Justice, the Drug Enforcement Administration, local prosecutors offices, the District of Columbia Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association, and numerous other agencies and organizations.
