Mr. Payne is a private attorney heading a full-service general practice and litigation firm based in Dearborn, Mich. He holds a master of laws degree in taxation. The author of numerous articles and seminar manuals, Mr. Payne lectures on estate planning and other topics to groups interested in legal issues.
