A graduate of Tulane Law School, John D. Wood litigates in the areas of ERISA, medical malpractice, and personal injury. He is an active member of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, serving as an officer, member of its Executive Committee, and Chair of its CLE Committee. John has also served on the Board of the New Lawyers Division of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is a member of the Bench-Bar Committee of the Tennessee Judicial Conference.
John began his career as an attorney with the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. A frequent speaker at legal seminars, he practices law with the firm Branham & Day, P.C.
