Saks is a professor of law at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. He serves on the advisory boards of the Best Practices Institute of the National Center for State Courts and the Center for Justice and Democracy. A fellow and past president of the American Psychology-Law Society, Saks is the author or co-author of three books and many articles on science in the courtroom.
