He is a magna cum laude graduate of Rutgers University, where he was a Henry Rutgers Scholar in American studies; a graduate of Robert A. Leflar School of Law at the University of Arkansas, where he served as editor in chief of the Arkansas Law Review; and a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, where he earned a master of laws degree in labor and employment law.

Mr. Martucci is an active participant in the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, the American Bar Association, the American Employment Law Council and the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
