Athalia E. Lujo is an attorney in the Labor and Employment Law Practice Group of Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP, resident in the Miami office. Ms. Lujo's practice focuses on the representation of management in a wide range of complex employment cases before federal and state courts, and administrative agencies. In particular, Ms. Lujo regularly represents and advises employers in class and collective actions, and in lawsuits and agency charges involving race, national origin, sex, age, disability, and pregnancy discrimination, and wage and hour claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws. Ms. Lujo also regularly represents retail establishments in matters related to accessability issues under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Ms. Lujo is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida. Athalia Lujo earned her law degree summa cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006. While attending law school, Ms. Lujo served as the executive editor of the University of Miami Law Review.
