Mark Berry is a partner in the Washington, DC office of the law firm of Peckar & Abramson. His practice is devoted to advising and representing contractors and construction managers in virtually all phases of construction in the public and private sector. Mr. Berry's extensive experience includes assessing appropriate risk management and contract delivery methods, drafting contract documents, advising project participants during contract administration on risk avoidance, claims, and related project issues, and representing contractors and construction managers in complex construction litigation. He is the co-author of the book "Construction Management: Law and Practice" and is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the George Washington University National Law Center.
