Partner, Phelan, Tucker, Mullen, Walker, Tucker & Gelman, L.L.P., Pulkrabek graduated with a B.S. in Economics, and with her J.D. from the University of Iowa. Admitted to practice in State and Federal Court, Ms. Pulkrabek practices in the areas of wills and trusts, probate administration, trial practice, business law, and employment law. She is a Board member of the Iowa City Area Chamber of Commerce and member of the Board of the Iowa City Area Development Group.
