Dee Pridgen
Pridgen is Associate Dean and Professor of Law at the University of Wyoming, College of Law in Laramie Wyoming, whose expertise is in the area of consumer protection law. She was a Staff Attorney for the Federal Trade Commission from 1978 to 1982, and was a Law Clerk, U.S. District Court Judge Barrington D. Parker, 1974 to1976. She was a visiting professor at Catholic University, Columbus School of Law, 1992 1993, visiting professor, University of Maryland, 1993 to 1994, a visiting professor, University of Baltimore, 1993 to 1994, and a Fulbright Scholar, Tokyo University, Faculty of Law, Tokyo, Japan, from 1997 to 1998.

Professor Pridgen earned her J.D. degree from New York University and a B.A. degree from Cornell University.

Pridgen was elected to the American Law Institute in 2003, and is a member of the American Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Advocates. She is a Phi Beta Kappa, and has been elected to the Order of the Coif.
