Hall is Managing Partner of his own law firm in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has more than 20 years of private practice experience handling disability claims before the Social Security Administration and the federal courts. Hall received his B.A. from Duke University and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina.
Hall is a former President of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR). He has lectured extensively on topics related to handling disability claims for various organizations including NOSSCR, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. He also has appeared on television and radio.
