Callison is a partner in Faegre & Benson's Denver office. He has an extensive national affordable housing practice, which encompasses low-income housing tax credit syndications and creative debt financing. Callison has broad practice experience emphasizing corporate law, partnership and LLC law, tax law, and affordable housing finance. His corporate, partnership, and LLC practice is diverse and includes forming and financing business entities, counseling clients on operational matters and preparing contracts and related documents, corporate and partnership mergers and acquisitions, and advising entities concerning dissolution and dissociation. He has extensive experience implementing historic rehabilitation tax credits and new markets tax credits. Callison serves as an expert witness in numerous matters involving corporate, partnership, limited partnership, and limited liability company disputes. He is a commercial arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Callison received his bachelor of arts degree from Oberlin College (1977); his juris doctor from the University of Colorado, Boulder (1982), Order of the Coif; and his LL.M. from Yale University (2000).
