Attorney Charles F. Domer exclusively practices Wisconsin workers’ compensation law, representing only injured workers. His advocacy earned him recognition on the 2008 Rising Stars list in Wisconsin Super Lawyers. As part of his ongoing involvement in workers’ compensation matters, Charlie makes presentations on workers’ compensation topics for other lawyers and students. He lectures on workers’ compensation at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He also writes articles about workers’ compensation for the State Bar, and he has written for the Wisconsin Lawyer magazine. He is a member of numerous professional organizations: the Workers Injury Law & Advocacy Group (WILG) (2008 chair of the Young Lawyers Committee), the Wisconsin Association of Workers’ Compensation Attorneys (WAWCA), the American Association for Justice, the Wisconsin Association of Justice, the American, State, and Milwaukee Bar Associations. Charlie also volunteers at the Marquette Legal Clinic at the House of Peace in Milwaukee, counseling those in need of legal help in the community. Charlie’s educational allegiance is to the Badgers. He received a B.S., with honors, as a Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating magna cum laude, and a member of Order of the Coif.
