Thomas S. Bishoff is a partner and co-leader of Dykema’s Automotive Industry Team and frequently represents automakers and major auto suppliers in high stakes commercial disputes, with an emphasis on warranty and cost recovery actions and troubled supplier litigation. Mr. Bishoff’s practice also focuses on complex commercial and general business litigation in the health care and insurance industries. He has experience in complex business disputes for both plaintiffs and defendants, at trial and appellate levels of state and federal courts, as well as arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. During law school, Mr. Bishoff interned with the Honorable Paul V. Gadola, U.S. District Court Judge, Eastern District of Michigan.
