Saul Roffe is a shareholder and member of Stark & Starks securities practice group, where he concentrates his practice on litigation, preparing public offering documents for the sale of securities, and representation of broker-dealers and hedge funds. He engages in all aspects of securities law, including civil securities actions representing plaintiffs and defendants, regulatory enforcement actions, compliance issues, arbitrations, and litigations representing both brokerage firms and hedge funds. He has formed and represented numerous hedge funds and is well versed on their securities law requirements. He has also represented broker-dealers on compliance matters and in regulatory enforcement actions, as well as stock offerings. He has handled numerous transactions in securities law, including private placements, initial public offerings, debt offerings, and partnerships.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Roffe was with the law firm of Sirota & Sirota in New York, and he was a teacher for the New York City Board of Education, where he taught emotionally handicapped, learning disabled, and hearing-impaired children.
