Cohen is a partner with Neal Gerber & Eisenberg LLP. His law practice focuses on representation of broker-dealers and proprietary traders in customer and commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. He also represents clients in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters and class action defense.
After spending more than 10 years in the remote-computing services business as a product manager and line manager of a $20 million business operation, and then nine years as an independent market-maker at the Chicago Board Options Exchange, Cohen enrolled in law school.
Cohen earned his bachelor of science degree in economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his juris doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.
