Micah S. Green is a partner and co-chair of the firm’s financial services and tax policy practice in the Washington office of Patton Boggs LLP. Prior to joining Patton Boggs, he was President and Co-CEO of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association, which was formed by a merger between The Bond Market Association and the Securities Industry Association. Mr. Green was at The Bond Market Association for 20 years and had served as its President and CEO for seven years at the time of the merger. He holds a B.B.A. and J.D. from George Washington University.
