Dr. Kenneth Eugene Lehrer is the senior managing director of Lehrer Financial and Economic Advisory Services, a well known Economic/Financial/Valuation/Litigation Support Consulting Organization headquartered in Houston, Texas. The organization conducts a wide range of economic studies including—Business/Corporate/ESOP Valuations, Feasibility Studies, Fairness and Solvency Opinions, Broker/Dealer Due Diligence, and Litigation Support in the areas of Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Economics, Damage Analysis, IP, and Securities. Dr. Lehrer holds four degrees in finance and economics from New York University (NYU) and served as an adjunct professor of finance at the University of Houston, Graduate School of Business Administration for twenty years.
