Todd Holleman is a partner in the Finance Practice Group at King & Spalding, where his practice focuses on representing lenders and borrowers in debt financings, including syndicated credit facilities on both a leveraged and investment grade basis; cash flow and asset-backed financings; asset securitizations; mezzanine financings; construction loans; portfolio purchases; workouts and restructurings; and DIP financing. Mr. Holleman has specific industry expertise in commercial real estate finance.
Mr. Holleman earned his bachelors degree in English from the University of North Carolina in 1994 and his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1997. He joined King & Spalding in 1999 after a two-year clerkship with the Honorable Robert L. Vining, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. He is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia.
