Byron Z. Moldo is a partner in the law firm of Moldo Davidson Fraioli Seror & Sestanovich LLP, in Los Angeles, (www.indfslaw.com). Mr. Moldo is an attorney licensed in the state of California. He has substantial experience as a bankruptcy trustee, as well as representing Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustees, examiners, creditors committees, and debtors. Mr. Moldo also has extensive experience in receivership matters, both as a receiver in state and federal court, and as counsel for receivers. In addition, he has been appointed the Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors, Liquidating Agent, Disbursing Agent, and Escrow Agent. The cases in which he has acted as assignee have involved various industries including consumer electronics; automobile rentals; intellectual property (.corns); and entertainment.
