Before West acquired his titles, Mr. DiMugno was a partner in Litigation Research Group, a legal periodical publisher. He is currently on the Adjunct Faculty of Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California, Berkeley, where he teaches insurance law, and is a member of the Insurance Executive Committee of the Bar Association of San Francisco. He has appeared as amicus curiae and served as a consulting attorney in insurance coverage and bad faith cases. He also has testified as an expert witness for both policyholders and insurance companies.

Mr. DiMugno received his B.A. with high honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his J.D. from the University of California’s Hastings College of the Law.
