Thomas F. Nealon III is Group General Counsel/Director of Training for LNR Partners, Inc., the largest special serviser in the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities industry. In his role as General Counsel, Mr. Nealon oversees all legal issues rlating to workouts, creditor's rights litigation, and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Nealon is an active participant in industry groups addressing significant CMBS issues, and is a regular lecturer at the ALI-ABA sponsored Course of Study entitled "Commercial Securitization for Real Estate Lawyers".
