Ms. Mark, a Senior Partner in the Jersey City, N.J., law office of Sharon Rivenson Mark, P.C., handles guardianships, conservatorships, estate planning, administration and litigation, and nursing home, Medicare and Medicaid matters. Certified as an elder law attorney by the American Bar Association, and approved by the National Elder Law Foundation, Ms. Mark is also a registered guardian.

Ms. Mark is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, a member of the board of directors of the Guardianship Association of New Jersey, co-chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Hudson County Bar Association, and the Legislative Coordinator for the Elder Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar.
