Peter Henning
Mr. Henning is a professor of law at Wayne State University Law School in Detroit. He teaches courses about white-collar crime, criminal law, criminal procedure, corporations, professional responsibility and the legal professions, and securities litigation. Mr. Henning received his bachelor of arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles; his master of arts degree from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York; and his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Prior to becoming a professor, Mr. Henning was a senior attorney for the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and a trial attorney prosecuting white-collar crime cases for the Fraud Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division. In 1998, he received the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching from the University of Kentucky.
