Michael H. Graham
Professor Graham teaches evidence and torts at the University of Miami School of Law. He received a bachelor of science in engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1964, a juris doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Columbia Law School in 1967, and a master’s degree in criminology from the University of Cambridge in 1969.

In addition to writing numerous articles relating to evidence law, Professor Graham has written nine evidence books and contributed to four others. In 1981, he received a Fulbright fellowship to conduct research on the English criminal justice system. He also is a member of the American Law Institute and is director of the University of Miami School of Law’s Summer Abroad Programs.
