Walker is the founder of Walker Compliance, P.C., of Santa Monica, Calif., a firm specializing in corporate compliance, ethics and governance. She advises clients on the development and implementation of ethics and compliance programs to prevent and detect violations of law.
Walker chairs the Practising Law Institute's annual Corporate Compliance Institute in New York and San Francisco and is a frequent speaker on compliance issues.
