Leizerman is the managing partner at E.J. Leizerman & Associates, LLC. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and has served in the past as the Chairman of ATLA’s Interstate Trucking Litigation Group. He is also a member of the Trial Lawyers for Public Justice and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mr. Leizerman is a frequent lecturer who advises attorneys across the country on how to handle truck accident cases. He has acted as co-counsel in truck accident cases from L.A. to N.Y. and from Detroit to Miami. Mr. Leizerman owns and operates TruckAccidents.com, a website that includes a searchable version of the CFRs and the truck safety history of every USDOT registered carrier. He says his most educational experience was attending truck driving school while in the middle of managing his practice.
