Jay E. Grenig
Grenig is a Professor of Law at Marquette University Law School where he teaches alternative dispute resolution and civil procedure. He has also taught at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he served as director of the Employment Law Institute; Willamette University College of Law; and the University of Southern California Graduate School of Public Administration. An arbitrator with offices in California and Wisconsin, he has served as an arbitrator in over 2,000 cases.

A graduate of the University of California Hastings College of the Law, Professor Grenig, is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the State Bar of California. He is the author of numerous articles and over two dozen books, the contributing editor for the American Bar Association Preview of Supreme Court Cases and co-editor of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Arbitrator .

Professor Grenig is a member of the Local Rules Committee and the Reporter for the Civil Justice Reform Act Advisory Group for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. He is also a member of the National Academy of Arbitrators and the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution, and has served as president of the Center for Public Representation. Grenig is former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Association of American Law Schools, and a member of the American Law Institute.
