Patrick J. Borchers is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean at Albany Law School of Union University. After graduation from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony M. Kennedy, then of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced law with a Sacramento, California, law firm. He is the author of several articles on constitutional and administrative law topics and has taught administrative law since arriving at Albany Law School in 1990. He is a member of the California (inactive status) and New York bars.
